Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork similar to Acupuncture but without needles. Stretching of the body along with finger pressure to ease pain and tension in muscles, balance the energy flow in the meridians, increases vitality and boost the immune system. It is great for helping with headaches, migraines, sciatica, TMJ, neck & back pain/tension and emotional blockages. The pressure varies from light to deep, but always at your comfort level. Sessions are received through loose comfortable clothing.

CST is a soft touch therapy that uses gentle manipulations to interact with the nervous system, the cranial sacral system, and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. This is a gentle therapy helps you reach an altered state where deep healing takes place. Emotional releasing as well as physical unwinding may take place. Energy is increased after a session and balance and harmony are restored. This technique is great for children.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that uses hands-on touch and focused visualization; originated in Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. This is an excellent treatment for increasing energy and vitality, relaxation and emotional processing.

This high art of healing is a very intimate form of energy work, touching the soul in such depth that it will often release deep seeded emotions, healing ancient wounds or perhaps sending the client into a wonderful euphoric state. It's whatever the soul is searching for. This work may also change patterns that have continued with us from other lifetimes. Guided visualization, breath work and cranial sacral therapy are included in this work.
Integrative Bodywork Session

I have an unwavering commitment to meet your individual needs; therefore I customize each session utilizing one or more of the following: Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Sacred Journey Therapy, and Swedish/Relaxation massage. Whether you want to relax, restore function and movement, increase energy, decrease physical pain and tension, recover from an injury, release old patterns or emotional pain, you will find what you are looking for.
Raindrop Therapy Technique 45 min $95
R.T. is a 45-minute treatment using 9 different essential oils being dropped about 6 inches above the body along the spine. The oils are then worked into the spine using Native American massage techniques stimulating the energy impulses and dispersing the oils along the spine. Scientific research shows that these oils reduce spinal inflammation, kills viruses, microbes, fungus and more. It is helps to straighten spinal curvatures, and bring balance to the body. Enjoy this relaxing, detoxifying treatment and boost your immune system all at the same time.
Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Massage Therapy uses slow gentle (effleurage) or vigorous stokes (petrissage) to relax and soften the tissue. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Swedish massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.
Endermologie (45 minute sessions)

Endermologie is a non-invasive technique for reducing the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks while releasing the restrictions of scar tissue. Endermologie patented machine uses rollers that often feel like a deep tissue massage over problem areas. At the same time, suction is used to redistribute that skin removing dimpling, increasing circulation and lymph drainage, reducing scar tissue and fascial connective tissue restrictions thus increasing range of motion and decreased physical pain/tension. Endermologie has multiple benefits and helps you feel good on the inside and out.

Initial Whole Health Consultation
(60-75 minute session) $175.00
Within this visit we will discuss the implementation of your fundamentals of health to allow your body to balance. We will address the foundational cause of these imbalances by assessing your body through the means of iridology, fingernail and tongue analysis to individualize the recommendations given to initiate your own innate healing ability.
Initial Nutrition Identification (45 minute session) $125.00
Within this session we will address your nutrition needs based on a quote by
Hippocrates which is “One man’s food is another man’s poison”. We will assess your nutritional individuality as well as discuss some common foods that create challenges within your body.
Energetic Release Technique (ERT) (45 minute session) $125.00
I believe that one of the primary cause of disease is suppressed emotions; which may lead to disharmony, dysfunction and eventually disease states. ERT is a simple yet affective tool to release these suppressed emotions and allow the body to balance with the goal of optimal health.
Emotional or Physical Journey Work (90 minute session) $150.00
With this 90 minute session you will be guided through the layers that inhibit your healing to reach your core on a soul or vibrational level. True healing not only happens through this core but the body is allowed to replicate perfectly on a cellular level when our inhibiting levels are not in the way. This allows the innate healing process to reach its fullest potential in the quickest rate possible.

This saliva test kit is used to assess cortisol and DHEA to assess body imbalances that can lead into many functional balances that affect your health and well-being. Simple suggestions will be provided to allow the body to balance.

This four day stool collection kit is used to recognize protozoa, parasites, amoebas, bacteria, and infections, as well as other challenges that may create imbalances within your gastro intestinal tract. Simple suggestions will be provided to allow the body to balance.

Donation Saturday
On every second Saturday of each month unless otherwise noted, Dawn and Glen both participate in what they call Donation Saturday. On this day anyone that makes and appointment for any of their services simply pays what they can afford. This is our way of giving back to those in need that do not have the financial means to pay our regular fees. All we ask is that based on your own integrity; please do not take these appointment times if you can afford the services. You may be taking away the small window of opportunity for someone in need. Donation Saturday does not include products of testing kits.
